UNIFORME PARIS sells products on uniforme-paris.com and practices its own e-shop activity directed exclusively toward end consumers. The company offers products for sale exclusively to end consumers.
UNIFORME PARIS reserves the right not to respond to purchases made from anyone who is not considered an end consumer or any non-compliant orders according to its commercial policy.

CONDITIONS 

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

 

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all inclusive of tax, excluding processing and shipping costs.
If the buyer lives outside the European Community, he is entitled to VAT tax exemption. The shipment of the order must be to an address outside of the European Community. The final invoice will show the tax exemption.
Buyer must be aware that customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be charged. Uniforme-paris.com is not responsible for paying these taxes and fees. Instead, they are the client’s responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the authorities and powers within the client’s country. Uniforme-paris.com advises that clients inquire about these issues with local authorities in their home country.
All orders must be paid in euros. Uniforme-paris.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is made, subject to availability.

 

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS/AVAILABILITY

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER COMPLETION

 

Although every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of our items are accurately posted on our website, variations may occur, particularly because of computer screen limitations in accurately displaying color. For this reason, uniforme-paris.com is not liable for inaccuracies in the photographs or graphical representations of products. Each order made on uniforme-paris.com requires that the customer provide us with accurate and complete information. The requested information includes: title, name, phone, email address, billing and shipping address. Once completed, your order will be sent directly for fulfillment.

 

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

 

Items will be shipped by uniforme-paris.com to the delivery address given by the buyer during the time of purchase.
Shipments in France are made by Fedex or another carrier of equal repute.
 
For deliveries within Paris (arrondissements 1 to 20) an express delivery can be arranged by contacting customer service at eshop@uniforme-paris.com
 
For shipments within the European Union or outside of Europe, uniforme-paris.com uses FEDEX or another carrier of equal repute.
 
Goods will be delivered on average between 4 to 6 days and up to 10 days counting from the following day the order has been validated by the buyer depending on the delivery method selected. Orders made on uniforme-paris.com Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders that are made on uniforme-paris.com on public holidays other than on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will also be processed the next opening day.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically just after you have finalized your order according to the delivery method selected. Costs of delivery will appear in the amount you must pay. Delivery costs depend on the products ordered, the size / weight, the delivery area and the selected service.
Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
 
When we send a package, a tracking number will be provided by email to the customer after checkout. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number.
The buyer must examine all items at the time of delivery and make sure that any damages are recorded in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims must be made by email to eshop@uniforme-paris.com within 72 hours.
 
Delivery will not take place in case of extraneous circumstances, transportation strike and/or postal services strike.
In case goods are reshipped to France because the Buyer did not claim it, uniforme-paris.com will not send replacements. Uniforme-paris.com is not liable or responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may applied to his package. Customs determine these charges and uniforme-paris.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

 

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

 

Customers may use any of the following payment methods to pay for their order:
-Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express, JCB...etc)
-Paypal            
-Apple pay
-Bank transfer for purchases over 250€ for the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and 500€ for the rest of the world. 


All payments made on uniforme-paris.com website are encrypted and secured by STRIPE.
Once payment has been made, a summary document is sent to the Buyer on the email he or she has provided. This document serves as an acknowledgment of receipt and is a summary of all the items that have been purchased.

 

 

ARTICLE 6 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

UNIFORME PARIS is committed to providing you with high quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased with us, we will be happy to exchange it for another item from the same category. No refunds will be given by uniforme-paris.com on products purchased.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to uniforme-paris.com except on marked downs items that can’t be refund, exchanged or returned.
Item must be returned by the buyer in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice.

Regarding return, contact UNIFORME PARIS customer care service at eshop@uniforme-paris.com to request any further assistance.

Costs Return postage, packaging and other costs such as Customs taxes are paid by the buyer.
Damaged or incomplete item will not be accepted or exchanged and will be sent back to the customer as it is at the buyer’s expense.
Marked down items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
